Integral’s CloudCare Managed Services Program builds upon our long customer relationship and takes the next logical step in making Integral your IT department. Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) and IT Service Providers manage some or all aspects of your technology operations.
A Managed Services agreement allows us to manage your IT operations. Instead of waiting until things break, our CloudCare Service allows us to proactively monitor your IT needs 24x7, and can automatically fix some problems while they are still small, before they become large enough to affect your business operations. It makes preventative maintenance a routine event, rather than on an ad hoc basis for when we remember or think about doing it.
What kind of things do we do under Managed Services? There are several levels. At the most basic level, we provide monitoring and remote access, and bill you for the actual time we spend working on your systems. At the top end, we provide all services for a flat monthly rate, such as setting up computers, laptops, copiers, WiFi access points, and to resolve problems such as viruses, printing, slow PC, and provide PC and server maintenance, all for the same monthly fee.
While Managed Services does help your business run more smoothly, it is important to understand that even with proactive management, monitoring, and support, that failures and problems do still occur and can still take substantial amounts of time to resolve.
It also doesn’t change the amount of services you need on an annual basis. You will still need us to help you with setting up new computers, dealing with viruses, and other tasks that you need every year. In fact, the amount of time required may actually increase since we will be performing some new tasks on a regular basis such as Windows Updates, antivirus updates, checking backups, and other routine preventative maintenance. Some of these tasks can be handled automatically by advanced Remote Monitoring and Management software tools, which are included with our services.
