anyone know what kind of RAM/motherboard I need for a P4 3.2gHz?

You woudl need a motherboard that supports an 800mhz fsb and hyperhtreading.

I'd look for perhaps and abit is7 or ic7. Intel also makes some decent motherboards.

As for the ram, you need pc3200 ddr memory. You will need it in pairs to run in dual channel. My recommendations on brand names are corsair, crucial, buffalo, and mushkin. The buffalo is the cheapest to purchase and the crucial definately has a lifetime warranty. The mushkin is the most expensive.
