dont buy from them. they suck. if they send you a broken item, they make you pay to restock it and also the return shipping costs. they stole $35 from me. i will never buy from them again. spend a little more elsewhere to get better customer service.

I'm gonna have to do a little RMA action over here as well. Just ordered $1600 in parts from newegg and the radeon 9800 pro was DOA. Luckily, a friend had a spare 9700pro laying around to go into it.
btw, anyone wanna buy a 9700pro? I'll be selling one soon.

heh they gave me a full refund after i complained and sent me tons of free goodies. i got a t-shirt, one really nice pen, two crappy pens, a stress ball thingy and a cd storage rack. my money back and much much more! im satisfied now.

I didn't really have a problem there. on a repair rma i only had to pay shipping/handling, which isn't too much because one of their storehouses are very close to me (and krusty). I can usually get items within 2-3 days.

yeah ive spent qutie a bit there before and never had a problem, if you do have a problem they suck ass. i dont want a t-shirt i just want my money back. damn thieves...

give them an appropriate review on resellerratings then. They'll probably take note of it and send you a free t-shirt and/or a refund.
I've probably spent over $1000 at newegg and never had a problem with them.
