well i have had my settings low as they could possibly go, and it was pretty much still the same, it might have went up 1 or 2 but thats it, i really need a new one

I have the same video card as blitz.... I feel hes lucky to get 2 on Red Faction :/

geez, if i got 12 fps in red faction that would be great, i only get 2 and in other maps outside i only get 7-12 and inside its pretty isnt bad which is like 15-25, i just really need a new video card, right now i got a radeon 7200 64mb and it sucks balls. If anyone knows how i could get better fps it would be great. cya

Don't try to justify things that you know nothing about :P most of us here in the forums have had to sit through the hell that is Red Faction for Tribes 2 more than once... -fps is never a good thing... and then of course with the old mousemod problems we had an invasion of <NULL>s.

THE RED FACTION MAP FOR TRIBES 2 SUCKS SWEATY DONKEY 8@!!$. I can't stand that map. I have a pretty kick ass gaming rig here and that map kills my frame rates.
Most maps I can play at a comfortable 35 to 70 fps. Red Faction kills it down to 12 and lower sometimes. THere's simply too much crap going on and no fog to help raise frame rates. I remember playing at 5 fps with my old setup and HATED IT.
The author of that map should be given a 486 machine and be made to play that map for a week nonstop.

what there's a game that that (2 'that's) map was named after? i didn't know that.
and don't call that map horrible. what if the creator were to see that?
