I am trying to get filter message to work, and I am not doing a very good job at it.
currently I have Muchos of Pj's scripts, could having Pj's scripts interfere with filter message?.....
What do I have to do in order to get filter message to work properly?

I said easier. The filesharing just wasn't working between the 2 XP systems. And none of us had the skill or knowledge to make it work.

 100x faster... WHAT? From windows 98-XP has Wizards to help set up networking with ease. It takes no longer than half hour to a hour depending on how fast your system or if you know what your doing. Hmm? there are those times where you must configure a network manually, did you really need to make a FTP just to transfer files. So you guys was transfering files over the internet? And thats faster? OK!

i have XP filesharing with an ME system perfectly. it DID take a LOT of work to get to work properly though... just trial and error, and when all else fails, hit the damn thing.

Well, me and my friend could never get XP to fileshare properly. So we just started an ftp and transfered it across the network that way. XP does make it very easy to figure out what your IP is...

God. When me and my friend decided to network, we stayed up until4 in the morning troubleshooting every problem we had...and there were lots.
Figure it out yourself from scratch...that's the fun way. And we were only doing three comps...
