So last night me, SVenom, and Elite Assassin were foolin' around on that map Adam Vs Eve. We didn't want to play that gay map, so we just played games in the objective. Then I said that we should play tag, using shocklances only. So, that's what we did. Map ended.
Later we elaborated on the idea, and played in that floating ds base. Only one person was IT, and when you tagged someone, they had to count to 10 before they could move. So we got about 6 or 7 people to play, and played for awhile, but we were cut short after the rapers got to us.
I thought we should make a mod out of this, and we decided on a clan and mod name. After heading to chat, we decided on "Teh Tag F**s" for the clan, and "Tag N' Frag" for the mod. Elite said he has worked with scripting before, so he could try it out. SVenom can create indoor-only maps, and I was supposed to post here about it.
So here are the ideas for the mod:
When you are tagged, you freeze for 10 seconds. We could prolly use the mission-start countdown with the announcer voice.
Shocklances only With whiteout nades, of course. But we might add some more things if the idea is right.
Elite can host the server, part time. He's getting a new giga-whatzit server or something, I didn't really hear what he said, but it sounded sweet. We will also try to limit the server to 10 or 12.
Large, indoor bases. Outside would be too hard with all the flying around.
So, if you have any questions, comments, complaints about SVenom, ideas, want to help or just want to play just say so. Also we are looking for l33t and cool people to join 'Teh Tag Fags!'.

for some reasons this sounds oddly gay, yet I think i want to play!

I want to play. But I hope the maps aren't that large with only 12 peeps playing. It wouldn't be much fun to search for people. Since you only spawn once, and I'm guessing you don't die, why not have one floor of a certain size, have everyone spawn, one person as It, and then you chase!
