just run the idea by him, tell him you'll install it (if you have time, and want to spend your time on it, that is) and see how it goes for a few days, and if everyone likes it, then leave it. if we all hate it then put back the half-mod. just another $0.02

Is mouse a busy guy? I'm just curious when (if ever) we can expect a new version of the mod. 'Cause if he's a busy guy I say give him a break and try I'lls mod. If not, let's hold out for the next version of MM.
