I need as many images of Odin as I can get. Angles, artists, styles, etc. I mean Odin the norse god, NOT Odin the nasa project. I have been looking for a week, and have quite a few, if you find any good ones, please mail to me @ MALLAKANDPIKIE@SBCGLOBAL.NET.
I'm going to start a tattoo project of odin on his horse with his spear and his ravens flying twords my hands on either arm. This is going to be pretty big, so I want to get some good art for my tat guy to sample when he draws it up. No hurry though, this will take a while.

I see what I could do, you know the cover of Age of Mythology(pc game) has a decent looking god. Not ODIN though its Zues.

Do a google.com search.
There's an image search option. Use that. It's turning up lots of great images.

yeah, i did the google thing, got lots, but always can use more. i can't really account for the wierd sources everyone has, i mean, we dont ALL use the same thing to find the same things.

these are some of the better images i have so far, i also has AoM, and will probably be using the helmet style from their odin.
this tat is gonna cover my back pretty well, and i think ill have the spear go out onto my left arm.

Heh, i have an odin pic that gandalf's style is based off of, heh, tolkein was heavilty into norse mythology, were he alive, i'd ask him to play AoM w/ me.

Man.. we're gonna HAVE to get a tatoo parlor around here. Too bad it's still illegal in this state. grr..
Back to the thread: Well, I was going to suggest trying to commission an artist to help you, however after re-reading your posts, I understand that it isn't necessary. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Piercings are perfectly legal around here.
However, tattoo parlors are not. Not to say that they don't exist, but they are very hard to find. Even then, I wouldn't trust most of 'em.
'sides.. I'm actually closer to Dallas than Tulsa.
Ah, well. Thanks for the info, though.. I'll check in on a few of these. ^_^
