Just thought I'd let you all know that, at the moment, I am very very hungry. As I was preparing my tasty pizza (yes, I make my own), I decided to partake in a nice frosty beer.
Did you know that drinking one beer while running on an empty stomach can make you feel nice and intoxicated?
I'm almost going to feel sad when my pizza is ready. Then it will take more beer to make me feel fuzzy for the evening.

What are you talking about? Beer on an empty stomach is a wonderful thing. One beer makes you very happy for about an hour. Afterwards, you sober up faster than usual too (because the alcohol got in there faster, it begins working its way out sooner).
Beer on an empty stomach is the way to go.
Now, binge drinking on an empty stomach is a different story. That is how you get yourself to wake up in a pile of acidic vomit that smells like tequila an that fat chick you met the night before.

Depends on what your drinking. Usually if its just beer you will pass out long before your in danger of poisoning.

Have you even tried REAL beer? There's a huge difference between beer and piss water --even more so than the difference between jose cuervo and real tequila.

i am guessing you are all talking about american beer. come up north and ill buy you two real beers my friends (its all you will need)
to be honest and not insulting about american beer, every time i go down south its takes me two days before i can get drunk off your beer and i still wake up with a killer hangover....its not fair
all of you come up and ill buy the keg :)

ive had some german beer, now THATS beer. ive also had the horse piss kind. six of those didnt make me drunk, and one german beer did more than six american.

It just so happens that, at the time I posted the message, I was drinking an American beer. There are 2 types of american beer that I like: Sierra Nevada and Shiner Bock. Both of those are not what someone would normally consider to be in the American beer/piss water catergory. They are very good beers. The Shiner Bock, in
addition, is also somewhat difficult to find as it is generally not sold outside of Texas much (I'm in California).
My favorite beers, however, are Newcastle or a Black and Tan using Guinness and Harp. Each of those are not American beers, but they are definately not Canadian.
I dare you to drink one of my 24oz black and tans and tell me you're still sober.

well we have to admit up here we have piss water as well,....coors light and anything from labatts blue, even thou it will get you drunk, it tastes like moose piss

there nothing like a pint of killkenny to start an evening of beer drinking. my favorite beers are moosehead and canadian. i dont think either are sold in the states tho.
